Arthur Waterhouse Lounge

A classic statement of the Victorian era, this room features an open fireplace, a picture window overlooking the Piccadilly Valley and access to the main veranda. The Main veranda can also be booked for dinners up to 60 guests for a unique experience.

Piccadilly Private

With a sunny North facing aspect, the Piccadilly Private is ideal for a smaller dinner or breakout area. The room provides a comfortable private environment, easily accessed with all the conveniences and facilities close by. The room also enjoys stunning views over the North Eastern Hills and Mount Lofty itself. It can be used independently or opened up entirely as an extension of the Piccadilly Restaurant.

Piccadilly Restaurant

A large airy room offering floor to ceiling windows looking out to the spectacular Piccadilly Valley. It contains its own formal entrance lobby from the northern car park and a delightful alfresco courtyard. Without doubt, a breathtaking experience and fully deserving of its reputation for all occasions including product launches, media releases, as well as corporate and private lunches or dinners.

Alfred's Lounge

A charming room that exudes warmth featuring a fireplace, ornate ceilings and Victorian style set up. Ideal for small meetings or as a breakout room.

Coach House

One of the favourite practical conference areas in the hotel, this building was the original Coach House built in the 19th century. It is flooded with natural light from skylights and the glass barn door; and it is airconditioned. The Coach House also contains its own conveniences, making this an ideal discreet location, free of any distractions and with space for a wide range of users.

John Richardson Room

Located on the ground floor of the heritage wing, this room is discrete with its own pre function space and opens out to the gardens through bi-fold doors. This room has its own conveniences and built in fireplace for those cosy winter months. Ideal for board meetings, breakout space and private dinners.

Hardy's Private Room

'The original dining room' in the main part of the house exudes elegance with an open fireplace and ornate ceiling. A bay window overlooks Hardy's garden. Hardy's is perfect for smaller conferences and private dining.

Mount Lofty Lawns

Mt Lofty House is fortunate to be surrounded by magnificent gardens and space for you and your team to breakout. Whether it is an intense meeting or just letting off some steam on the volleyball court, tennis or by the pool, there is always a space to find. Mt Lofty Lawns can accommodate up to 400 guests.
