Postage & Delivery

Christmas Postage Delivery Deadline

Our postage cut-off date is the 14th December

If you are sending your Christmas gift voucher or gift by Australia Post, to allow the best chance of it arriving on time, we recommend sending as early as possible. Alternatively, all gift vouchers are sent conveniently sent via email and are sent to you at the time of purchase.

Shipping

We ship Australia wide with shipping rates calculated at the checkout based on shipping location and the weight of items in order. We use Australia Post with standard delivery taking between 7 and 10 working days depending on your location. Express postage comes at a higher rate, but delivery will usually be between 1 to 5 days depending on your location. We do not ship internationally. 

Dispatch

Your products will be shipped within two to four business days after we receive your order. Once your order has been dispatched to Australia Post it becomes their responsibility and often shipping times can vary according to their schedules. 

Currently Australia Post are experiencing delays due to COVID restrictions currently in place.

Order changes

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes. However, if you realise you have provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact us asap. 

Vouchers

Vouchers make very convenient gifts and once purchased from our Boutique will be sent via email to the purchaser with an attached PDF voucher for you to send onto the person you are gifting.

There is the option to purchase a special voucher wallet that can be sent in the post or picked up for an additional charge. This can be selected/added to your purchase at the checkout by clicking ‘Add gift wrap?’ on the Cart page.

Postage & Delivery of Artwork

As each painting is unique a member of the hotel guest services team will reconfirm the piece is available and contact you within 24 hours for pick up or delivery instructions. We can organise for our professional Art Courier to pack and deliver, this cost is by quotation and depends on the size of the piece and the destination.

Refuns & Returns

Mount Lofty Estate Boutique does not accept the return of any Products on a change of mind basis. If any Product is faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for its intended purpose please contact us by email at [email protected] and a Customer Service Team member will assist with your request. 

Mount Lofty Estate Boutique will offer a replacement product, credit note or refund at its discretion subject to the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010
