Martha’s a la carte menu is a salute to Martha Hardy’s home style cooking focusing on fresh regional produce, with slow cooked lamb as the signature dish. A Fleurieu Peninsula Lamb Shoulder, for two, is braised for 17 hours and served with caramelised pumpkin puree, confit turnip, heritage carrots and garlic jus.
Choose from a range of vouchers to give that someone special a dining experience they will truly remember. Vouchers are sent via email for convenient gifts, or for a small additional fee a presentation voucher in a gift presentation wallet is also available to pick up or via post. Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
