Terms & Conditions applied to all vouchers:
- All Mount Lofty House gift vouchers are valid for 3 years.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash once purchased however transferrable within the validation period.
- Extension of vouchers’ validation period will attract admin fee of $40 for 3 months and $90 for 6 months paid directly to Mount Lofty House by contacting [email protected]. Vouchers are allowed to be extended only once. Any unclaimed vouchers will be forfeited once expired.
- Gift vouchers are subject to standard property cancellation policies.
- Please note that lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced.
- Vouchers cannot be split to be used on separate occasions – must be used in one transaction.
- Bookings are essential for Accommodation, Restaurant and Spa prior to expiration of voucher.
- Sequoia Lodge 1 night package is available for stays only from Sunday to Friday.
Discounted Cash Value Vouchers
- 15% discount is valid for e-Gift Voucher purchases over $100 in value – while offer lasts.
- Offer available until 01.12.2025.
- Minimum spend $100, available on e-Gift Vouchers only.
- Valid for 3 years from the time of purchase.
- Discounted e-Gift Vouchers can not be redeemed for stays with another discounted accommodation, spa or dining offer.
- Not valid for use on functions, weddings, conferences, or Christmas lunch and group events.

Artwork purchases:
- As each painting is unique, a member of the hotel guest services team will reconfirm the piece is available and contact you within 24 hours for pick up or delivery instructions.
- We can organise for our professional Art Courier to pack and deliver, this cost is by quotation and depends on the size of the piece and the destination.
