What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability but cannot be guaranteed.
Can children stay at Mount Lofty House?
Mount Lofty House is an adults-only luxury retreat, welcoming guests aged 18 and over.
How much does it cost to stay at Mount Lofty House?
Rates vary based on travel dates, occupancy, and season. For accurate pricing, please enter your dates on our website.
Do you have rooms with views?
Yes. Many of our rooms and suites offer scenic garden or valley views:
Piccadilly Garden Rooms – Open directly onto peaceful gardens with indoor and outdoor seating.
Tower Suite – A two-level suite overlooking the pool and gardens with a loft bedroom and spa bath.
Conservatory Suite – Features a sunroom and private balcony with sweeping Piccadilly Valley views.
Does Mount Lofty House have a pool?
Yes. Guests have access to our outdoor swimming pool, open daily.

Does Mount Lofty House have a restaurant?
Yes. Mount Lofty Estate offers a collection of award-winning dining venues, relaxed restaurants, and refined bars, each showcasing exceptional regional produce and breathtaking views.
Hardy’s Verandah Restaurant – Our iconic, multi-award-winning fine dining destination overlooking Piccadilly Valley.
Martha Hardy’s Restaurant – A relaxed 2–3 course dining experience available Monday–Thursday for in-house and external guests.
Piccadilly Panorama – À la carte breakfast served daily with panoramic valley views.
Hardy’s Bar – A stylish space for crafted cocktails, afternoon drinks and light bites.
Arthur Waterhouse Lounge & Billiard Room – A cosy heritage lounge offering snacks and beverages, perfect for evening relaxation by the fire.
The Garden Terrace – A sunlit outdoor terrace ideal for casual dining, daytime drinks and seasonal menus inspired by the Adelaide Hills.
All venues are located within Mount Lofty Estate, allowing guests to enjoy a variety of culinary experiences throughout their stay.

Is there a spa on-site?
Yes. Gatekeeper’s Day Spa is located within a historic cottage on the estate, offering curated spa rituals and wellness therapies designed for deep relaxation.

Is there on-site parking available?
Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests.
Does Mount Lofty House offer shuttle services?
We do not have a dedicated shuttle service, however:
Taxis and rideshares service the area.
Private transfers can be arranged on request — please contact us for pricing and availability.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes. We offer both physical and digital gift vouchers, valid for three years from the date of issue.
Does Mount Lofty House offer Accor benefits?
Yes. Mount Lofty House is proud to partner with Accor Hotels. Accor benefits apply to accommodation bookings only.

Booking Policies
What is the cancellation policy?
Policies vary depending on the type of reservation:
Accommodation
Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival receive a full refund.
Late cancellations or no-shows incur the full stay amount.
Gatekeeper’s Day Spa
Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows incur the full treatment fee.
Dining Reservations
Require 48 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows incur:
$100 per person for Hardy’s Verandah Restaurant and Martha Hardy’s Restaurant
$50 per person for High Tea reservations
