Communication in the lead-up to our wedding day was absolutely fantastic. Crystal was amazing — organised, friendly, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. She made everything feel effortless and was always available to answer our questions, which gave us great confidence leading up to the day.
We were always responded to promptly by all departments, from the wedding coordination team to the front desk and accommodation staff. Every query was handled with care and efficiency, making the planning process stress-free and enjoyable.
Our reception was everything we hoped for and more! The setup was beautiful, everything ran smoothly, and the attention to detail was outstanding. We truly felt cared for every step of the way — it was perfect.
The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests were full of compliments about both the quality and presentation. Portions were generous, and the flavours exceeded expectations.
Service on the day was exceptional — attentive, efficient, and friendly. The staff anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, which made us feel incredibly well looked after.
Crystal truly went above and beyond to make our wedding experience unforgettable. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding. We were also so impressed by the other staff — everyone we interacted with was friendly, polite, and genuinely happy to help. Their smiles and calm presence made the day even more special.
