From the very first conversation with Nicole, the Hotel General Manager, we felt completely supported. Nicole took the time to listen to our situation and immediately set the wheels in motion. Within an hour, we received a detailed email from Rosie (on her day off), outlining exactly how Mt Lofty House could make it all happen on such short notice, from that moment on, everything just fell into place. The team provided us with an incredible list of recommended vendors for music, photography, and every other detail we needed. At no stage did the process feel overwhelmingly stressful, which is truly remarkable given the timeframe.
Rosie and Crystal, our wedding coordinators, were simply outstanding. They were across every detail, always ready with thoughtful ideas and seamless solutions. It genuinely felt like nothing was ever too much trouble, and they somehow had a backup plan for every backup plan.
